How To Purchase Goods
We have made buying from Boundary Sports as simple as possible. You can order in two ways:

You can call one of our sales representations with your order on 0121 444 2200 between the hours of 9am and 6pm

From our Web site
Our shopping basket will store items you have placed within it from our product pages. Each item for sale will have an add to basket button. Once you have added items to your basket it will add up the cost. At this point you can input how many of each item you would like, decide to continue shopping, remove an item from the basket or check out and place your order. It is at this time you would be asked for your name and address. Once your order is submitted you will then receive confirmation of your order via email. You will then be directed to our secure paypal payment system to complete your order.


Accepted Payment
We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, as well as Delta and Switch, debit cards. Once have you placed an order you will be directed to our secure paypal payment system.

All prices quoted are for UK orders and are correct at the time of print. R.R.P. indicates the manufacturers recommended retail price.

All prices include V.A.T. at the current rate applicable. Should the V.A.T. rate change during the duration, prices may be adjusted accordingly. We reserve the right to alter prices without notice. Prices ruling on day of despatch shall apply.

Stock Levels, Prices and Product Development
Our products are offered subject to availability and although we carry large stocks all year round, we do run out of certain items from time to time. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via email or phone to advise you.

Prices are subject to change without notice and include VAT at 20%.
Due to our policy of continual product development, we reserve the right to change, modify and delete items and services sold on this web site without notice.

What if my order is incorrect, incomplete or goods have been damaged in transit?

If on receipt of your order you find that it is incorrect in any way, incomplete or any of the items are damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. We will do our best to identify the problem and take immediate remedial action where necessary. Please note that if we have sent you the wrong item(s), we will refund your return postage in full. Items sent to you incorrectly, short of ordered quantities or replacements for damaged items will be despatched to you free of carriage costs.

Returns Policy

We guarantee all of our products to be free of defects for 12 months. If you receive a defective product, please email us at to arrange an exchange or refund. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall refund you immediately. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging at your own cost. Please consult our contact details for the return address.

No Quibble Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return the unused goods in their original packaging to us within 14 days of delivery and we will happily replace the item(s) or refund your money in full. We cannot however refund any carriage costs.

We guarantee that we will not pass your details to any other company without your permission. In such a case we would contact you by phone or by email to gain your consent. Any personal data will not be transferred out of the EEA. If you do not give us your consent, all information received from you will be kept completely confidential and will not be disclosed to any other party.
